Some stories don't make it into a report. They just happen quietly, while the work gets done.

Bidisha Das had to go work at a site she'd never been to before, in a place that was completely new to her.

She could have gone back and forth. Instead, she stayed. She stayed until the project was finished, and she made sure it was done on time, even though the deadline was tight.

That's what ownership looks like, not waiting to be told, just taking charge of the situation.

Around the same time, Smeet Bhatt was handling something just as tough. An audit that absolutely had to be done, and fast.

There wasn't much time to figure things out. He took the lead, kept things moving, and got it done.

The people working with him followed his lead. That's leadership, not just doing the work, but showing others how it's done.

Building Bharat, The Gujarat Chapter 2026 was a really well put together event, and we were glad to be the Energy Partner for it.

MY FM - Radio Division of Dainik Bhaskar Group (D.B. Corp. Ltd.) brought together people who are doing real work across Gujarat.

People thinking seriously about the years ahead. The energy in the room was genuine and the conversations stayed practical.

For a company like ours days like this are a reminder of who we are building for.
