We’re excited to share that Habustan in Jerusalem has been selected as a finalist for the 2025 Architecture Award.

Habustan proposes a green urban model where urban agriculture becomes an integral part of the architecture, with preserved residential buildings, functional rooftops, community greenhouses, and cultivated pedestrian paths forming an active ecological system within the city.

Golomb Ofakim brings a new layer of urban renewal to the city of Ofakim.
Replacing 11 existing housing buildings with five new residential buildings, the project integrates housing, commerce, built public spaces, and a large public park creating a contemporary and community-oriented living environment in the heart of the city.

Ono Center officially opens this week.

It’s exciting to see this mixed-use development come to life through a complex process of planning, coordination, and construction.

Located in the “Bait BaPark” neighborhood along the future Metro line, the complex brings together residential, office, and commercial uses, positioning it as a key hub in the evolving metropolitan network.

Breaking the routine a little during these complex times, we took a moment to celebrate Passover together at the office.
We shared a team lunch, stepped away from the daily rush, and ended the afternoon with a fascinating lecture about the future of AI in architecture and how new technologies are changing the way we design and think about architecture.

Yesterday was an exciting evening for the New Iceland Project in Jerusalem!
The event celebrated the journey of the residents throughout the project, their vote for the executing developer, selecting ICR, part of the Canada Israel Group and included a live performance by Idan Raichel. The evening concluded with each resident receiving a special gift: a model of their future home.
