Established in Tel Aviv in 1988 by Dvora and Samuel Blay after they arrived from New York City where they lived, worked and studied. For 12 years both worked in New York for well known firms, and worked on award wining projects [See enclosed resume]. Immediately upon starting their practice in Israel, D.S. Blay retained as clients some of the leading store chains in Israel followed by some High Tech companies. For the last 7 years the amount of billing has risen by 30% a year. Enclosed is a list of clients. Most of the retail clients are well known store chain domestic and international. High Tec companies as well are domestic and international companies that have facilities in Israel. Blay provides an on going design services for their new and existing facilities.
