We were honored to have been given the opportunity to rebuild a part of this modernism Icon by Oscar Niemeyer.
Although it wasn't formally declared as an architectural heritage site (yet), we believed our main goal was to peel off the later additions and to get as close as possible to the building’s original glory.
It wasn't easy, and needed a lot of research, coordination, and maybe, most of all, modesty and self-restraint.
By doing so, we were able to put the spotlight on the work of one of the most important architects who ever worked in Israel.
The beautiful interior design of STUDIO NOA KEDAR was a perfect complement to our minimalist architectural approach.
