Matrix Custom Interiors 2007... Michael Monahan established MCI. His main ethos in business is finding the natural beauty hidden within native Irish timber.

I am as passionate about my finishes as I`m about my wood! Specialising in bespoke furniture and picture frames. Call me the Holistic Woodworker! My wood is locally sourced and my finishes are natural. All creations are finished with Auro natural paints and woodstains. This allows the wood to breathe, thie prevents the finish from cracking or flaking and these products will not harm your family wi

th harmful toxins that are found in conventional lacquers and woodstains. My work is custom-made to fit the clients needs and wants. My imagination is always up for a challenge! I am based in Galway, Ireland.
