🚧 Notice – Temporary Closure 🇮🇪

Roadform Ltd will be closed for business tomorrow (Monday) as we take part in a nationwide protest in solidarity with communities across Ireland.

As some of you may be aware, our Managing Director Martin Murphy and members of our team attended the recent protest in Whitegate earlier this week. We were proud to stand alongside so many people who came together in a peaceful and respectful manner.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to all the businesses and individuals who supported the protest by providing food, water, tents, clothing, lighting towers and welfare facilities. Your support ensured the safety and wellbeing of those in attendance. A special thank you to the people of Whitegate for their patience, understanding and support throughout.

What we witnessed has only strengthened our resolve and our pride in this country and its people. As a result, we will once again be participating in tomorrow’s peaceful demonstration.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support. Normal operations will resume as scheduled.

🚧 Road Closure Notice – Cappagh, Kinsale 🚧

Roadform Ltd wish to advise that L-7249 Cappagh, Kinsale, Co. Cork will be temporarily closed from:

🗓 08:00hrs Monday 30th March 2026
to
🗓 18:00hrs Friday 10th April 2026 (24hr closure)

These works are required to facilitate deep drainage connections.

🚗 Diversion Route:
Traffic travelling west will turn left at Compass Quay, then left onto the Bandon Road.
🔁 The same diversion applies in reverse for traffic travelling in the opposite direction.

🟢 Local access will be maintained throughout the duration of the works.

We thank all road users and local residents for their patience and cooperation while these essential works are completed.

✅ R484 Kilmihil – Ennis Road Reopened
Good news for local road users — the R484 between Kilmihil and Ennis is now fully reopened.
Fair play to our Roadform site crew who put in long shifts this week to install the underpass and reopen the road fully reinstated 2 days ahead of schedule. 👏
The 15 ton box culverts were installed between live underground services, including a watermain and a bundle of fibre optic cables serving West Clare, with the works completed safely and with no service disruptions. ⚠️🛠️
Thanks to the local community and businesses for your patience while these works were carried out.

🚧 Road Closure Update – R484 Lacken, Kilmihil 🚧

Just a note for our followers in the Clare area to let you know that the R484 Kilmihil - Ennis Road at Lacken, Kilmihil will be temporarily closed from:

🗓 7.00am Monday 2nd March 2026
to
🗓 12.00pm Sunday 8th March 2026

The closure is needed to allow for the construction of a new cattle underpass which will improve safety for road users and local farmers.

🚗 A clearly signed diversion will be in place via L2044, L2078, Church Street, Glenmore Road, L2084 and the N68.

🟢 All businesses in Kilmihil will remain open as normal and fully accessible via the diversion route.
🏡 Local access will be maintained where possible.
