It’s great to see the scaffolding coming down on the Mercy hospital. We carried out window replacement and window repairs. We also reinstated the oval window that was replaced over the years with a rectangular sliding sash. Under the supervision of John Hegarty Conservation Architect the project showcases the highest level of conservation skills and expertise. It was great to work with Summerhill construction on this project and all the highly skilled trades.

Another project near completion

Portharlington train station built in the 1850’s being beautifully restored. We had to replecate all original ceiling mouldings, dado rails wainscoting, light grills, scotias and skirting moulding. The level of detail in this project was something else. It is a credit to all involved.
