Progress is coming along nicely at our Cobh site in Cork! 🏗️

The team is busy preparing our raft foundations, with insulation and underfloor heating being installed across the bases. The first base is now ready for concrete, marking another great step forward for the development.

Great to see the lads putting in the work and bringing everything together! 💪

We’re back in Arraview with Josh, Pierce and Daniel, our snagging team, as the houses get closer to handover. 🏡

With only two or three homes left to finish, the team are now working through the final details and waiting for the buyer snagging to be completed.

It’s also great to hear their thoughts on working with The Corbett Group — a brilliant organisation, great people and a great place to work.

Big things happening in Cappamore today! 🚜

There’s a serious muck shift taking place as we prepare for the groundwork for the attenuation tank and deep drainage. A lot of preparation goes into getting a site ready for the next stage, and we’re making great progress.

It’s great to see everything starting to take shape as we move the Cappamore development forward. 🏗️
