Today, we had the pleasure of attending the Technological University of the Shannon Careers Event! 👷‍♂️

Events like these give young people the opportunity to meet future employers, explore career paths and, most importantly, build the confidence to take their first steps into the working world.

At PBC Builders, we’re proud to support the next generation and help inspire the talent that will shape our industry! 🤝

It’s been a busy summer for the PBC team working alongside our valued client, University of Limerick on a range of projects across the campus!

One of the standout projects was the Milstream Bridge UL replacement, a project that took just one day on site, backed by three months of planning!

Watch our video to see how this project is helping restore and improve access routes across the beautiful UL campus, benefiting local residents, the wider community and everyone who enjoys these much-loved walkways.

A great example of what careful planning, collaboration and teamwork can achieve! 👏

💚 World Mental Health Day at PBC Builders

Today, we’re celebrating World Mental Health Day here at PBC! 🧠💚

We’ve got some lovely pastries and treats in the office for our team and we also visited our sites to share a few treats with our crews on the ground. 🍩☕

While it’s always nice to share a treat, today is also a reminder of something much more important: looking out for one another.

A simple “How are you?” can make all the difference. Take a moment to check in with a colleague and friends, listen without judgement and remind those around you that they’re not alone.

Let’s continue to create a workplace and environment where everyone feels supported, valued and comfortable reaching out when they need to.

We rise by lifting each other – strength begins by reaching out. 💚

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Finn and Niklas, two students from Germany, to the PBC team!

They’ll be joining us for the next two weeks through the The RALF Partnership Programme and we’re delighted to have them on board.

We’re looking forward to sharing our knowledge, learning from their experiences, and making the most of this great opportunity to connect and learn from each other. 🤝

Welcome to PBC, Finn & Niklas! 👋

A great morning at the EmployAbility Limerick Awards 2026 launch! 🤝

Today we had the opportunity to attend the launch of the 2026–27 Employability Limerick Awards at the Hunt Museum, celebrating inclusive employment and the organisations helping to create more accessible and welcoming workplaces.

At PBC, we believe that building a strong workplace means creating opportunities for everyone, and we’re proud to be part of conversations that promote inclusion, equality and diversity across the workplace.

A great event and an important reminder that inclusive employment benefits everyone. 💙
