BERindonegal was established by Dean Spencer in 2009 to deal with the requirement for Building Energy Ratings (BERs) for residential and commercial properties. We are registered with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) for domestic and non-domestic (commercial) properties. Must pass compulsory bi-annual examinations to ensure that their knowledge is kept up to date. Over the years w

e have completed thousands of assessments ranging from studio apartments to some of the largest hotels, pubs and industrial units located across Co. Donegal. We have invested heavily in technology including G-isbem a bespoke software package to enable commercial assessments to be completed with the greatest level of accuracy to ensure the best possible BER is obtained. We are fully insured with Hiscox Insurance to ensure complete peace of mind. Public Liability Insurance (€6,500,000 per claim)
