Designed to wrap the entire foundation in high-performance EPS, our system effectively eliminates wall-to-floor thermal bridging, slashes concrete usage by up to 40%, and delivers exceptional ground-floor U-values (0.09 to 0.11 W/m²K).

The KORE Group is 1 of 19 organisations selected for Ireland’s Sustainable Development Goals Champions Programme. As an Irish manufacturer, we take that as a responsibility to show how transparent, verified construction products can support Ireland’s move to a low-carbon economy.

We love seeing our KORE Insulated Foundation System in action on site. This fantastic one-off build features an ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork) structure designed in collaboration with Gloria Design and Adrian Groza.

By pairing ICF with the KORE Insulated Foundation System, this project is set to achieve exceptional thermal performance, superior energy efficiency, and a solid foundation right from the ground up.

At ground level, the team is using the KORE Insulated Foundation System, providing exceptional thermal performance and eliminating cold bridging right from the start. Above ground, the structure features the Idomas timber frame system, an example of high-end, sustainable, natural wall construction.
