***A quick update for all of our customers***

Due to the inclement weather our office will close around lunch time today however our Alarm Receiving Centre will remain open.

Should any of our customers need assistance please call any of the numbers below, our office number will divert you to the Alarm Receiving Centre who in turn can put you in contact with our on call engineer who will be available over the phone for the period of bad weather.

A few tips for anyone with any of our systems.

*** Due to the threat of power outages we would advise anyone with automatic gates to open them on the permanent open mode to allow access to and from your house should your power fail

*** should your home lose power your back up battery should run your alarm for a few hours but should this fail due to an old battery you can power down your system by removing the battery from your control panel and also the fuse from the top right/left of the panel itself. (Note the panel does consist of live power we only recommend powering down the system if you have knowledge of doing so before, in all other cases our on call engineer will be able to talk you through the process over the phone)

Another Phonewatch upgrade recently done. The customer wanted to tidy up his hall so a much neater keypad was put in place with the all important control and signalling devices moved to his attic into a more secure location to avoid tampering. This customer also added window sensors to his current motion sensor set up to create a perimeter guard of his house allowing the alarm to be set at night when in the house.

More bad weather on the way this weekend folks, should you lose electricity over the weekend and your back up battery fails to run the alarm, disconnect the battery at the control panel and your bell will ring itself out after a short time. ⛈☔️🌪
