We’re delighted that our Managing Director Padraic Hession will be speaking at Drones for a Changing Ireland this Friday, 9th October at IADT, Dún Laoghaire.

Padraic’s talk, “The Next Five Years: Ireland’s Drone Industry across the Built Environment,” will look at how drones are becoming an increasingly important part of design, planning, construction, surveying and asset management.

From improving accuracy and efficiency to enhancing safety, data quality and visual communication, drone technology is opening up exciting opportunities across our industry.

We’re looking forward to a great morning of discussion, technology and ideas on what comes next for drones in Ireland. 🚁

🏡 Planning Decision | 149-Unit LRD, Tuam, Co. Galway ✨

We are delighted to welcome Galway County Council’s decision to grant planning permission, subject to conditions, for a significant 149-unit Large-scale Residential Development in Tuam, Co. Galway.

Led by PHE Engineering & Architecture, the development will deliver a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, alongside a creche, central play area, landscaped communal open spaces, SuDS rain gardens, cycle parking, and new pedestrian and cycling connections.

The scheme also provides connections to the adjoining Galway County Council Part VIII development and potential future links to surrounding residential lands, helping support a more connected and integrated neighbourhood.

PHE are proud to have led and coordinated the multidisciplinary project team throughout the planning process and to see the development reach this important milestone.
