Work involved

• precisely cutting out Sections of rotten timber and splicing in new timber to match original profile 

•fit new curved glass to replace original glass on shop front

•Apply 2 coats of aluminum wood primer to seal timber

•additional we have to replace existing lead roof with like for like

•internal work being carried out at present cutting out rotten section and splicing in new sections of timber floor and ceiling joists

•dry rot being chemically treated
