This is the main reason why we tell customers not to buy testers. Colours will change by the base colour, the surrounding colour or lighting. Normally if you've a colour in mind it'll be in the first 2 testers you buy so need to buy another 10 testers. The best way to try a tester is on something white but bare in mind white will make that colour slightly darker because you're putting it on the lightest colour possible so will always look it's deepest.We always explain this in our shop as we're here to help and save you money as the expert's should do.
