A full renovation and new extension have opened the property up with spacious, light-filled interiors and an emphasis on clean, contemporary design. Expansive windows frame uninterrupted views of the sea, while sliding doors create a seamless flow to the outdoors. The exterior is enhanced with warm cedar wood soffit cladding, adding both character and a refined finish. Inside, every detail has been renewed to the highest standard, blending comfort, style, and modern functionality for effortless seaside living.

Transforming it into a modern, high end space while keeping its coastal character. Inside, we redesigned the layout of the property to ensure all living space was adequately utilised. This involved designing an open plan kitchen living area with 4 metre sliding patio doors that allowed the natural light to brighten and transform the visual aspect of this beautiful contemporary design.
