A project we were very glad to be part of.

Earlier this year, the living room at the Novas Recovery House in Limerick was given a new lease of life by interior designer James McNamara of JMC Studios, who is also one of Farrelly & Co’s colour consultants.

The aim was simple, to create a room that felt warm, safe and like a home for women transitioning out of residential addiction treatment.

James built the palette around the existing pieces in the room, bringing coral, blues and greens together in a way that still felt grounded and calm. With furniture from DFS, a rug from Kukoon, original artwork donated by Carol Ahern and Caroline Duffy, and Farrelly & Co paint supplied for the project, it became a genuinely collaborative effort.

We are proud that our paint played a part in a space created with so much care.

A little mid-project progress from site.

There is still more to do, but this is the point where you can really see the transformation taking shape.

A little look at one of our exterior projects in progress.

There is always plenty happening before the final reveal, from preparation and protecting the details to getting every surface ready for a finish that lasts.

The transformation is well underway.
