 concrete base installed for modular home
All earth and rubbish fully removed from Property along with 804 foundation Stone installed all sectioned off with 2 inch boards for the extra strength once area has been sectioned off DPF damp proof membrane was installed around full area also for extra strength reinforced Rebar was installed finished with thick pour of concrete and another happy customer ….

Customer garden was transformed into a beautiful usable area with beautiful natural granite tiles with connecting drainage system installed finished with  natural granite step also connecting to a box of sleeper flower bed followed by a seating area also made from sleepers along with cladding fencing to give that beautiful natural finish

Customer went for a beautiful decorative flower bedding area along with 60 x 90 20 mm beige porcelain nonslip tile laid in full bed of Concrete foundation Old existing lawn fully removed along with screened soil new premium grass roll on turf lawn installed along with stormwater drainage system installed finally a canopy built to last built with 6 x 2 hardened pressure treated timber along with UVA friendly corrugated roof finished with black gutters, another happy customer
