🏗️ Project Update – Carrs Lane, Dublin

We're excited to share the latest progress from our Carrs Lane, Dublin development, where our new Altherm ICF 100/150/100 System is helping deliver high-performance, energy-efficient homes built for the future.

This project is being constructed using our latest 100/150/100 ICF block, achieving an impressive U-value of just 0.17 W/m²K. Designed to meet and exceed modern building standards, the system provides outstanding thermal performance, exceptional airtightness and the structural strength that comes with reinforced concrete construction.

From the raft foundations through to the rising walls and upper floors, it's fantastic to see the development progressing so well. These aerial images showcase the scale of the project and the efficiency of the Altherm ICF System in action.

🚨 Introducing the New Altherm ICF 100-150-100 Block 🚨

We are delighted to announce that our new Altherm ICF 100-150-100 block is now officially on the market easily achieving an impressive U-Value of just 0.17 🔥🏡

This marks our very first delivery to site using the new block, and we are excited to see the next generation of energy-efficient builds beginning with Altherm ICF.

We are also proud to offer this same block in our grey EPS option, achieving an outstanding U-Value of 0.15 reaching passive standard performance levels ⚡

A huge thank you to our approved installers Stax ICF for their continued great work and ongoing support with Altherm ICF projects 👏
