- The Attic Company is a professional, reliable and friendly company, operating in Dublin and the surrounding county's. As part of our service we offer a free Quotation. Should you require planning permission we have a great Architect who can submit plans. This usually takes around 10-12 weeks for approval. Every Attic will be issued with a certificate of Compliance, to guarantee the attic has been built to fully comply with all building regulations. We pride ourselves on the highest standards of work and professionalism from preparing your quote to completion of your Attic Conversion. Because we are a small company we have very little overheads, so we can produce the highest quality of work for a very competitive price.

Our prices start from €23,000, with an en suite adding €9,360, and we can finish the whole job in as little as 15 working days.
