We popped up to Belfast last weekend to check out Self Build exhibition . It was great set up lots of different products and showrooms. Great place to see lots of different window manufacturers at once. We would highly recommend the exhibition to anyone that is planning on doing a project of their own. You might see ourselves there next year. Selfbuild Ireland

Notrom Construction were employed to renovate this home into a open plan living area/ kitchen for the clients.

Details -

Interior walls demolished
All new alu clad VELFAC windows
New kitchen
All new interior joinery (floors,doors,frames,skirtings,window boards etc)
Completely new bathrooms (granite slabs in shower area)
New velux windows in existing extension
Attic and ground floor exterior walls insulated with spray foam insulation
New remote control gas fire installed
Roof repairs on existing roof
Entire house painted
