Most people only ever see the finished result.

What they don’t see is where it started.

A sketch.
A conversation.
An idea.

This bespoke joinery unit was designed for the living space of the Glenville Garden show apartment for Park Developments.

Would you be brave enough to colour drench?

For this bedroom, we used Work of Art from the MOOD collection for across the walls, ceiling and bespoke joinery to create a rich, cocooning feel.

The MOOD collection is particularly special to us, as worked alongside Alchemist Paint to curate the colour palette.

By using the same colour across multiple surfaces, the room feels softer, calmer and more cohesive, allowing the textures, materials and lighting to come to life.

A perfect example of how paint can completely transform the atmosphere of a room.

Would you try colour drenching in your own home?

This might just be the biggest headboard we’ve ever designed.🤍

Currently in production, this fully bespoke piece incorporates integrated bedside tables, lighting, hidden storage and a dressing area concealed behind.

The craftsmanship and scale involved are incredible.

At first glance it looks like a headboard, but it’s actually a multifunctional room divider designed specifically for this space.

Swipe to see what’s hidden beneath the upholstery and the level of detail that goes into creating something truly bespoke ➡️

Think your garden is too small? 🤔

You might be focusing on the wrong problem.

Many people assume that if a garden feels cramped, the answer is more space.

In reality, some of the most successful gardens I’ve seen are surprisingly compact.

The difference is often not the size of the garden, but how it’s designed and used.

In this week’s Irish Times article, Denise share’s some simple ways to make even the smallest garden feel more spacious, comfortable and enjoyable this summer.

Design tip: every bedroom needs a moment of calm.

Not just somewhere to sleep, but somewhere to pause.

In this corner, we used:
• soft curved shapes
• layered neutrals
• floor-to-ceiling curtains
• warm natural textures
• a simple sculptural side table

The goal was to make the room feel soft, restful and quietly luxurious. ✨

First glimpse of our recently completed two-bed show apartment in Glenville Garden for ✨

We loved every minute of working with the team at Park Developments on this beautiful scheme. Our aim was to create a cool, contemporary home that felt warm, calm and inviting, while making the most of the beautiful natural light and surrounding views.

We introduced bespoke joinery, soft textures, sculptural forms and a fresh, colour palette throughout the apartment to create a relaxed sense of luxury and an atmosphere that feels both elegant and easy to live in.

Some of the most expensive renovation mistakes have nothing to do with expensive finishes or major design changes.

They often start with the smaller decisions people don’t think twice about.

The leak left unresolved because “the renovation is happening soon”.

The sofa bought too early because it felt like a bargain.

The constant revisiting of decisions once work is already underway.

Individually they can seem minor, but together they can quietly add cost, delay and compromise to a project.

Denise explored some of these less obvious renovation pitfalls in this week’s Irish Times article.
