PUBLIC CONSULTATION NOTICE
Proposed Development: The Saltees Coast Hotel, Kilmore Quay

Hope Autism Care Centre LTD is pleased to announce a public consultation regarding a proposed planning application for the above site.

Proposed Development: Material change of use from hotel to respite care centre for children with autism, including extension and modification of the existing building to provide 20 short-term respite care bedrooms and associated activity spaces.

Consultation Details:

Date: Saturday, 3rd October 2026 Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Venue: Stella Maris Centre, Kilmore Quay

Proposal drawings and design information will be on display. Members of the public are welcome to attend, review the plans, and discuss the proposal directly with the Applicant and their Architect.

How to Provide Feedback:

Comments on the proposed development can be made at the consultation event or shortly after by contracting the Architect.
All feedback received will be considered and may be included in the planning application submission.
