At Masonry Fixings our sales team have regular sales meetings to discuss strategy and performance, in May we decided to add a slightly different dynamic to our meeting by changing the venue and adding some team building activities, our venue of choice was the field of dreams in Bangor Co Down.
The venue was superb and we had a very productive meeting in the morning before a fantastic BBQ lunch hosted by Greg and Maurice after which they provided an excellent afternoon of clay pigeon shooting and archery.
The whole team had a great day and I would recommend the field of dreams to any business that is serious about their team building program.
Thanks again Greg and Maurice for a very professional day out.
