DMVF Architects led the exciting restoration and refurbishment of this historic red brick bank in Rathmines Village.

The upper floors were transformed into three apartments, each with their own private roof garden. The ground floor restaurant space is now home to Reggie's Pizzeria, featuring their own fit-out.

We are delighted to introduce our latest project ‘Tigh Ghlas’ - Winner of the Retrofitting/Renovation Project of the Year, Irish Building and Design Awards 2026!

This project involved the transformation of a Victorian end-of-terrace house into a contemporary forever home for our client returning to Dublin from London.

The glazed brick design draws inspiration from the Victorian tiles of the London Underground, informing a contemporary reinterpretation of traditional brick construction.

A light-filled home crafted for everyday life, grounded in sustainability, conservation, and lasting comfort.

We’re thrilled to announce that No. 30 Parnell Square has been named Commercial/Office Building of the Year at the Irish Building and Design Awards 2026!

This project involved the transformation of an 18th-century townhouse into the flagship office of the INTO, blending historic character with modern functionality.

Existing volumes to the rear were reimagined by inserting a contemporary intervention to meet the clients brief of retaining the existing office floor area whilst allowing for careful integration of modern services and ancillary spaces. A glass link intercepts this intervention allowing the rear facade to be expressed whilst complementing the materiality, defining eras.
