RBR recently completed specialist conservation works at the Church of the Resurrection, Blarney, a historic 18th-century church.

The project included traditional lime plastering and vapour-permeable decorative finishes, carefully selected to protect the building's historic fabric while maintaining its architectural integrity and character.

RBR has successfully completed a full roof replacement at the historic Firkin Crane, addressing long-standing issues and helping to secure the future of the building. The completed works will ensure this important cultural venue can continue to support Cork’s arts and dance community for years to come. For decades, the Firkin Crane has played a vital role in serving artists, schools, and community groups, and these works will help preserve and protect the building long into the future.

RBR was appointed as the specialist main contractor to carry out the restoration and repair of the former Pavilion Cinema, now Golden Disc, at 80–82 St. Patrick Street, Cork. The works have now been completed, including the careful cleaning, repair, and restoration of the terracotta façade, along with replacement of the roof, helping to preserve the building’s architectural character and extend its lifespan.
