Half a decade of Leamhain - Dae. What started off on the kitchen table during Covid on a machine I bought from the middle aisle in Lidl, has turned into what we all see & love today!

If there’s one thing we’re most proud of, it’s the community we’ve built along the way.

From day one to today, your support has been everything. 🫶

We hold ourselves to incredibly high standards with every product we put out, but it’s the people behind us that truly make Dae what it is.❤️

🎄2025 was the year where we made bold decisions, took big risks and truly felt like we were making progress as a small business. 🎄

We ditched retail & focused working with you, other small producers and businesses. We have made so many great relationships this year and we can express how amazing it has been to work alongside people in the same position as us. People with a dream, working their hearts out to make it work. We support one another and celebrate each others wins. So for this, GRMA ❤️

🙋‍♀️We grew our team to 8 people. 8 amazing individuals who worked their asses off to help us grow. Without our team, there is no Dae. 🙋‍♂️

💥 We enter 2026 with huge plan. To make Dae an even better company from how we operate to the products to our marketing. 💥

🎂Dae turns 4 🎂

1st of April marks our four year anniversary since we first began this incredible journey. What started as a small handmade ice cream sammie venture has turned into something magnificent ❤️

Over the last year we’ve got to work with the likes of Lidl, Musgraves, Spar, hundreds of small businesses, have been featured in countless articles, expanded our production facility to 3000 sq ft, grew our team to 4 and most importantly we continue to have an amazing community behind us 🫶

We’ve learned so much over these four years. We will always try our best to give customers the most high quality products we can produce. Do we make mistakes? Yes of course, we’re only human, just like you, but we learn and come back better.

Super proud of everything Dae has achieved! Looking forward to the next 4 years 🎂

For over a year, we have have proudly supplied .i.m.t_pizza with their Açaí, Mango, Dragonfruit and Blue Coconut Bases.

Jamie has created a beautiful little gem of a cafe in the heart of Athyboy. He goes above and beyond to serve the best products from Irish producers such as , themiddlechildbakery and 🙌

This little, vibrant pink, cafe is arguably of the best spots on the island in my opinion. Showcasing Irelands incredible producers through his little abode in co. Meath. I have seen bus drivers pull their jammed packed carriages in to the loading bay just to get a coffee from .i.m.t_pizza , on multiple occasions. .i.m.t_pizza is the essence of supporting local, supporting your community, supporting small and supporting Irish businesses. 📈🇮🇪

He also serves incredible wood fired pizza’s in the evening time but that’s a whole separate post! 🍕

If you’re passing .i.m.t_pizza , pop in for a coffee, treat, açaí bowl or even a pizza. You won’t be disappointed!

We are proud to supply _ with their açai, dragonfruit & Mango fruit bases 🫶 One of our first customers ✅

Ross & Tom have created an incredible community go-to spot based in Sandyford, Dublin. Besides having delicious bowls, they’re sandwich offering is one of the most unique in Dublin, with EVERYTHING made in house. From Ice cream, Acai, Sambos, great coffee, Sunday Run clubs, INCREDIBLE socials, this spot has it all.

Everytime I visit I get stuck chatting with Ross & Tom for minimum an hour. They absolutely love to talk, so if you head over for a coffee, don’t ask them anything or else you’ll never get on with your day. 😵‍💫

You will be served with a smile, asked how your day is going, doggo will get a treat and you’ll leave with a smile too. A perfect cafe model in our humble opinion.

Here at Dae we have always tried our best to source the most ethical and best ingredients! Whether it’s grade A vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea or Açai from Belém, Brazil. We take huge pride ensuring the farmers who produce our ingredients are paid a fair wage for their hard work.

Our açai comes direct from Brazil, is organic, 14% solid açai pulp ( the highest grade Acai berry available ) and has zero fillers.

Our base is made from scratch in our facility, fresh every week, with zero allergens, fillers or alcohols. Each serving is 99kcals and packed full of antioxidants, vitamin A, Iron & Potassium.

Dae açai, Ireland’s most premium fruit base proudly supplying over 100 cafes every week across ROI & NI. 🫶
