We are incredibly proud of the successful delivery of the new Ronald McDonald House Ireland, a purpose built 52 bedroom facility that will provide a true home away from home for families of seriously ill children receiving care at the new Children's Hospital.

Designed to provide welcoming communal kitchens, family lounges, play areas and quiet spaces, the House offers comfort, support and a sense of community during some of life's most challenging moments.

The projects recent success at the Irish Construction Excellence (ICE) Awards, where it received the Residential Private Up to โ‚ฌ30m Award, was a proud moment for everyone involved. This recognition is a testament to the dedication, collaboration and expertise of everyone involved, our client, design team, project partners, subcontractors and supply chain.

A special thank you to Evercam for capturing the remarkable progress of the development from start to finish. Their footage has provided an incredible visual record of a project that means so much to all involved.

We were delighted to take part in the Ballinamere NS Anniversary Golf Classic on Friday at Esker Hills Golf Club, Tullamore.

This years event marked two significant milestones for Ballinamere National School, 60 years of education and 25 years of autism services. These milestones reflect the dedication, inclusion and community spirit that have shaped our school over the decades.

Held as a fundraiser to support the continued development of facilities and resources for the school community, the Golf Classic was a wonderful celebration of the schools legacy and the positive impact it continues to have on students and families.

Clancy was proudly represented on the day by Gerry Clancy, Ian Smilie, Padraic Hickey and Derek Hayes, who were delighted to support such a worthwhile cause.

Congratulations to everyone involved in organising a fantastic event and celebrating these remarkable achievements. We wish Ballinamere NS continued success for many years to come.

We are delighted to announce that we remain on target to cast the penultimate floor (4th) at our Westside Court Project for our valued client, Cork City Council on Tuesday the 16th of June.

Despite operating within an extremely constrained site in a densely populated urban area along a busy thoroughfare, we have been able to attain and even surpass our targets across all our metrics. As with the Cloverhill Court Project within the same bundle, this has been possible through unwavering collaboration with all key stakeholders, both internal and external, the steadfast implementation and leadership of our Last Planner system and ensuring our standards have become pervasive across every discipline creating synergy, elevated outcomes in a safe environment and ultimately superior results.

Key milestones within the coming period are as follows:
โ€ข Windows brackets in progress with window installation commencing on the 11.06
โ€ข First fix works commencing on 16th
โ€ข External Cladding commencing on the 22nd
โ€ข Roof to be cast on 9th July
โ€ข Substantial completion in December 2026.

We wish to thank all our supply chain partners who have helped immensely in making this happen to date and look forward to this continuing and building momentum as we continue our journey to successful completion.

We also acknowledge the remarkable residents and people who work locally for their continued patience and support in our quest to rejuvenate and revitalise this parcel of land in support of the Governments mission to provide Housing for all.

Clancy Construction was delighted to sponsor a tee box and enter a team in the 33rd NMH Foundation Golf Classic, supporting the incredible work of The National Maternity Hospital Foundation.

Representing Clancy on the day were Gerry Clancy, Ian Smilie and Darren McGuckian, joined by Neil Harrington, a volunteer from Flutter. The day was a fantastic success, raising over โ‚ฌ50,000 to support the vital work of The National Maternity Hospital and help ensure women and babies continue to receive world class care.

We are also honoured to have been appointed to deliver the advance works for the proposed new National Maternity Hospital. Comprising four distinct projects, these works will enable existing departments and services to decant and clear the site ahead of the construction of the new state-of-the-art 50,000mยฒ maternity hospital.

Jamie Cooney from Ballinabrackey, Co. Meath, is preparing to represent Team Connaught Basketball at the Special Olympics Ireland Summer Games 2026.

This documentary tells Jamie's inspiring story, exploring his passion for basketball, the support of his family and community, and the determination that has brought him to this exciting stage of his sporting journey.

Featuring contributions from his parents, Catrina and Christy Cooney, physiotherapist Sean Coffey of Compass Physio Enfield, Nessa O'Reilly from Barn Door Creative Studios, and members of the Shoot 'n' Stars Special Olympics Club in Mullingar, the film highlights the people who have helped shape Jamie's journey both on and off the court.

A proud member of Shootnstars Basketball Club, Jamie's talent and dedication earned him selection to Team Connaught Basketball, giving him the opportunity to compete on the national stage at the Special Olympics Ireland Summer Games.

Clancy Construction was proud to support the Roadstone Crumlin Charity Golf Day, held on Thursday May 21st, at Luttrellstown Castle Golf & Country Club through both team participation and tee sponsorship.

Representing Clancy on the day were Darren McGuckian, Nigel Grace, Jim Boyle and Conor Hill, who were delighted to take part.

The day raised vital funds for the Children's Health Foundation, which supports sick children and their families across Childrenโ€™s Health Ireland hospitals and urgent care centres in Crumlin, Temple Street, Tallaght and Connolly.

We were proud to be involved in such an important initiative and to contribute to the incredible work carried out by the Childrenโ€™s Health Foundation, providing support to children and families when they need it most.
