A kitchen worth gathering in, and a few surprises along the way. 🏡

Patrick’s giving us a tour of the third Sigma Homes project completed this week, with soft green cabinetry, a generous island and a bright living space opening onto the garden. A tucked-away utility keeps things practical, while bold wallpaper brings plenty of personality to the downstairs bathroom.

It’s handover day. Let’s take a look around. 🔑

Some spaces deserve more than a walk-through. 🏡

Soft green storage, warm timber and a built-in seat give this bright entrance its own character, with room for the everyday essentials.

Soft neutrals or something a little darker? ✨

Bold veining, contrasting vanities and illuminated mirrors bring character to each space, while considered storage and a recessed shelf for the shower essentials help everything find its place.

Which would make it onto your inspiration board? 👉

It takes a little imagination at this stage. Luckily, Patrick has the plans. 🏡

We’re back in Rathcooney, just down the road from one of our very first Sigma Homes projects, with work underway and plenty of changes taking shape. With a new layout, more living space and a whole new look planned, there’s plenty to look forward to.

Join Patrick as he talks us through the layout and the details to come. đź‘€

A darker kitchen with a bright outlook. đź–¤

Deep cabinetry, light worktops and soft neutral wall units bring balance to this Sigma Homes kitchen. Natural light pours in overhead, while statement lighting adds another detail worth looking up for.

The keys are ready, eight days early. 🔑

Patrick’s taking us through another completed Sigma Homes project, with a bright, naturally lit kitchen as a highlight and a living space opening onto the patio. There’s a practical utility with a splash of colour, and a staircase that deserves a closer look too.

Let Patrick show you around. đź‘€

A new project is underway, and Patrick’s here to show us around. 🏡

Before the transformation takes shape, there’s plenty for the Sigma Homes team to consider, particularly when you’re working in a coastal setting.

Patrick takes us through the plans and some of the details that will be important along the way.

There’s plenty of work ahead, and we’re looking forward to seeing the plans come to life. 🔨

“They really care and they want it to be a place that you would like living in and it shows.”

Joined by Louise, Mary shares her experience of working with their project manager, Edgar, whose support and attention to the little details helped make their project feel personal.

A few words from Mary that mean a great deal to the team. 🤍
