This is another often overlooked beauty in our landscape.
Myosotis or Forget me Not -
really gorgeous blue flowers and looks stunning growing underneath anything and in particular under roses.
Again, I think if wasnt so wild here, we'd do anything to source one for the garden!!

I often think that if our Foxgloves weren't wild, we'd travel anywhere and do anything to source one they're just so stunning.
But because we see them so often growing wild, do we lose sight of them, lose sight of their beauty, their medical value and their folklore.
What do you think

If you're planting roses in your garden (and Why wouldn't you? they bring so much beauty),
remember that it is single forms like this one that have a benefit to pollinators.
Simple flowers where the stamens are exposed and accessible and the petals act as little landing pads for insects like bees and hoverflies.
Aren't they just gorgeous.
