Hi folks, Having a lot of calls enquiring about this new grant. Some of the details are still quite vague in my opinion but this article does a good job of covering the info available and should answer any questions for people wondering.
Some main points to consider are the house already has to meet a “minimum performance standard” or if not may need other insulation work done.
Also the idea is to get the house “heat pump ready” but it seems you don’t actually have to get one.

Replacement work here done awhile back installing White triple glazed pvc windows and 2 Palladio Door Collection composite doors.
Front door is the Orpen style in Bog oak and back door is the Naples style in white.

Folks cut off for New Builds for pre Christmas installation will be mid November so anyone thinking of going ahead please get in contact soon.
For replacement work I’m now taking bookings for installation in January. Good time of year to get work done in the house after the busy Christmas period and all the decorations are down 😬 🤣

New build here with Cream Triple glazed uPvc windows, pvc back door, French doors and a Green ‘Edinburgh’ style Composite front door with TG100 glass from Palladio Door Collection. 25mm Cream Georgian bar in glass.
