Another one done, this time with a sea view. This Bray Harbour job had underfloor heating pipework installed throughout, and we poured our NSAI certified Ultraflo liquid screed straight over it using our mobile screed factory.

The result is a self-levelling, void-free, jointless floor with zero waste on site, and no joints to crack or lift down the line.

This is Ultraflo, our German-engineered liquid screed, pumped in and self-levelling as it's poured. Compare that to a traditional sand:cement screed, which needs to be hand-trowelled and levelled — far more time on site and far more room for inconsistency.
