New Customer in Tullaroan Co Kilkenny fitted a new full stainless steel submersible pump to replacing another pump that was causing issues was only in for a year and had worn out the splines on the shaft.

The customer had a different company that they fitted it they had sent out 5 different people to it over a 2 week period couldn't find out what was wrong and fitted other parts to it made know difference to it,

I went to it and found it and discovered it quickly what the issues was.pulled it up and
It seems it wasn't fitting square on the shaft and pump end,
a washer was left under one bolt which caused it to be off square which worn both ends of the shaft

Got new pump fitted and customer was up and running smoothly again 👌 👍

You can't beat experience and knowledge 💯 👌

New Precast pump house 🏠 from Murphy Precast in Enniscorthy installed for a customer in bagnelstown Co Carlow 😀

This is me without the ESB Meter Cabinet. I had to install all the electrical work, it consisted of new Water Proof fuse board, lights, scokets, trucking cabling work, Earth electrode, connected to existing ESB Agricultural meter box,

It's a brilliant solution to housing a pump Equipment and other associated equipment in a safe and lockable room 😀.

The installed consisted of 1hp submersible pump, new pressure vessel and pressure system, new pipelines and electrical cabling and controls, well cap and fittings. 😀

Customer Feedback.
A new customer of mind i recently upgraded the water system for them on a dairy farm in Co Wexford ,
The 2hp VSD booster pump is pumping water from a storage tank to troughs 2klms away uphill and on leavel ground, hasn't missed a beat sens i installed it, the customer said its the 1st time in years that they had water for troughs and hasn't to draw any. Was a top class job are delighted with the job, 😀

I also installed a new submersible pump system in the well as the customer was on mains water it wasn't enough flow or pressure to supply the farm and was costing a lot for the mains supply every year. This supplying the parlour and plate cooling returns water to wash down tank and when thats full it returns to the storage tank there's no wastage of water

There was a spring on the farm i got them to installed 2klms of 2inch pipelines from it to storage tanks in yard, and also installed new 40mm pipelines to all troughs with 3/4 Philmac Ireland fast fill ballcocks

It has made a huge improvement and no more shortages of water for livestock,

New Customer in Carlow
A late evening call out to farm with no water pump not working correctly tripping out,
As the photos shows the capacitor was brusted and leaked out and brunt out the double pole red switch and the wires aswell, was stuck to the front cover of the control panel 😳 the over load was tripping out luckily enough 😉

I'd to replace the control panel and got it going again, but what caused it was the customer decided to run a new pipe from top of the well to water troughs which is not correct, by doing this it was causing the pump to run continously with out cutting out and thats when it started the capacitor to heat up and burst and then discovered there was no water going to the house.

Please do not be trying to alter anything in these pumping systems if you want it done correctly ask a qualified person thats doing these systems and understands it 👍
