A small few photos of a job completed in Donohill on a new build. Completele turnaround of the property to finally finish off a lovely home. Works consisted of copper beach hedging around the bounds, 7” road kerbs laid on the flat . Lawns levelled raked and seeded. Charcoal ranch rail at front bounds with pea shingle path and theram underneath. Porcelain patios with split levels and a bench,footpaths on the front and back also in porcelain including steps and a limestone border all around. Timber posts and panels erected for a enclosed safe area for the kids. Concrete footpaths around the garage and side gable of the home finished in a brush finish. Finally the driveway was graded off and redressed in 14mm chip chosen by the owner. Video of the full job to follow.

A driveway we completed recently in castletroy,
We removed the ravelling tarmacadam,
And laid new drains to collect all surface water,
The concrete was poured in 2 stages with a brush finish and plenty expansion joints with a nice bullnose finish.
All rubble removed.

Reinstating of public footpaths we recently completed for Coir Infrastructure in pallasgreen on behalf of limerick county council,
Over 700sqm broken out loaded away and repoured. We also installed a new crossing and reinstated one that had cracked,
Land drains were put in place on a wet spot,
We cover all areas of groundwork’s big or small jobs,

The last one for these happy customers just before Christmas,
All this in just over 3 days,
Ranch rail fencing erected on roadside and entrance,ditch lowered and hedging planted,entrance piers built capped and plastered,
Kerbing laid and lawns dressed to a reasonable finish until the summer months,gulleys piped at the footpath of the property, and finally the yard finished in a 14mm black chip to finish the job,
Ranch rail, caps and kerbing supplied by O Keeffe Precast Concrete,
Happy Christmas and new year to all our customers old and new👍
The work is greatly appreciated and we are looking forward to doing it all over again in 2023
