We are currently seeking an experienced Health & Safety Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract, supporting multiple active construction projects.

Location: London, Southeast & surrounding regions
Travel: Required between sites
Contract: Fixed-Term | Immediate start preferred

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation and company policies
🔹 Conduct site inspections across multiple locations
🔹 Support project teams throughout the project
🔹 Travel between sites to monitor and support project teams
🔹 Promote a strong safety culture across all projects
🔹 Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
🔹 Deliver toolbox talks and site safety briefings
🔹 Maintain accurate H&S records and documentation

Requirements:
🔹 Proven experience in a similar H&S role within construction
🔹 Relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
🔹 Strong knowledge of UK H&S regulations
🔹 Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
🔹 Excellent communication and organisational skills
🔹 Ability to work independently across multiple locations

Lidl East Grinstead 🏗️ 🚧

We’re proud to share our latest case study highlighting the delivery of the Lidl East Grinstead Store Development, where Adston UK Ltd was appointed as Principal Contractor on this landmark project.

Transforming the former Homebase site on London Road, the project involved full demolition, extensive groundworks, and the construction of a modern Lidl supermarket built to the brand’s exacting standards. Careful planning and ongoing engagement ensured minimal disruption to local residents and businesses throughout the works.

The build included a new steel-framed structure, blockwork, roofing and cladding, car park development, and a complete internal fit-out. Delivered efficiently within a 10-month programme, the store opened on 27th November 2025, proudly marking Lidl’s 1,000th store in the UK.

Project Update for Lidl, Great Yarmouth

Great progress has been made on the Lidl supermarket project in Great Yarmouth as we move closer to completion and store opening later this year.

The 2201 sq. m store will feature 128 customer parking spaces and will bring a number of new jobs to the area.

Project Update for Lidl Havant 🚧

Great progress is being made on our new Lidl supermarket project in Havant!

The store’s framework is now complete, and with the roof and solar panels installed, things are really taking shape. This marks another exciting milestone as we move closer to completion later this year.

Once finished, the 2,185 sq. m store will feature 110 customer parking spaces and will bring a number of new jobs to the area.
