Carbon Clutch Doorknob – Early Concept
This sculptural door handle is made from biochar and stainless steel. The toothed joint between materials is inspired by the motor–clutch interface on Carbon Clean’s pyrolysis plant.
With this handle, man meets door — entering or exiting the pyrolysis facility through a machine joint.
A tactile expression of carbon capture, torque, and transformation.

Nearing completion of the HEAT Systems and Carbon Clean pyrolysis facility. This commercial-scale pyrolysis R&D facility will produce biochar, capture carbon, and regenerate and recycle materials that would otherwise be seen as waste.

Completed another nice tutorial by .xyz and today. This one took quite a bit more time than the last. The model was made with Rhino and Grasshopper with rendering done in Blender instead of Keyshot as it was in the tutorial.
