Consultancy Service is part of SURFASOLOGY service offering.

We provide on site surveys to identify potential or current issues offering a technical report to support the findings and design system solutions to prevent or remediate problems identified.

Additionally, our CSSW is qualified to act as an independent expert witness on matters relating to damp-proofing and structural waterproofing.

Waterproofing and radon protection go hand in hand and we do both!

Here is a highlight of one of our recent projects where SURFASEAL Bentonite Membrane was installed under the base slab and against the retaining walls of the lift pits to provide both waterproofing and radon protection.
Our signature waterstop โ€“ CEMflex VB Plate โ€“ was used in the non-movement construction joints.

Necoflex RMB 350 radon membrane was loose laid to the areas at the ground level, detailed as per the manufacturerโ€™s instructions. The SURFASEAL Bentonite Membrane overlapped the loose laid Necoflex RMB 350 radon barrier providing a continuous gas protection.

Waterproofing and protection of the below ground structure of this exclusive private South Dublin residence was successfully carried out by SURFASOLOGY Team.

DualProof Membrane was pre-applied under the reinforced concrete base slab and Maxseal Flex Coating was spray applied to the ICF walls. The construction joints were detailed with Quellmax Plus Waterstop and SURFASDRAIN 8 was used as protection and as a conduit for the maintainable land drain.
