A closer look at the Alpha ESS M5 🔋

For our SolarHome distribution partners and installers, here’s a closer look at the 5kW Alpha ESS M5 inverter with 13.9kWh battery storage.

The M5 system features a plug-and-play blade connection, with the inverter connecting directly to the battery without additional leads.

The system also provides plenty of accessible space for installation, with connections for:

• Grid supply
• Backup supply
• Communications
• Battery and DC isolation
• Earthing
• PV strings
• Wi-Fi dongle

Each 13.9kWh battery weighs approximately 108kg, with dimensions of around 610mm wide x 700mm high.
