Our proposal strikes a deliberate balance between rigid commercial requirements and world-class, avant-garde architecture. It translates the luxurious identity of the de Grisogono brand into a physical structure built on three core pillars:

The core concept centres focus on the keywords โ€œ๐…๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ข๐ & ๐ƒ๐ฒ๐ง๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐œโ€, drawing inspiration from the curved hexagon of the Genero logo. Situated on the suburban fringes of Banyuwangi and cradled by a pine forest canopy, this architectural ensemble is a contemporary homage to ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐•๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐š๐ซ ๐Ž๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐“๐ฒ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ฒ. The design orchestrates a material symphony, juxtaposing the tactile honesty of exposed brick, timber, and traditional clay tiles with the structural permanence of concrete. โ€‰โ€‰
โ–ช๐“๐จ๐ฉ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฉ๐ก๐ข๐œ ๐‘๐ž๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: The project employs a rigorous solid-void configuration, serving as a spatial metaphor for the dramatic interplay between Banyuwangiโ€™s volcanic peaks and its expansive coastline.โ€‰โ€‰
โ–ช๐‹๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐…๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ข๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ: Boundaries between the interior and the natural environment are intentionally dissolved. Through the strategic use of translucent roofing and interstitial greenery, the architecture invites natural light to permeate the living spaces, fostering a deep biophilic connection.โ€‰โ€‰
