The Welcome House | Private Spaces Designed Around Personality

At the upper level of The Welcome House, every private space was designed with one idea in mind: a home should reflect the people who live in it.

The two children’s bedrooms were intentionally created with different moods, each tailored to the personality and preferences of its owner.

The first bedroom embraces a calm and timeless palette, layered with soft cream tones, warm neutrals, and gentle textures. Natural light, clean detailing, and subtle feminine accents create a space that feels peaceful, comforting, and effortlessly elegant.

The second bedroom expresses a more playful and imaginative character through pastel shades of blue, purple, and pink. Curved forms, glowing features, and cheerful styling bring energy and creativity into the room, designed to feel inspiring, joyful, and full of wonder.

Although both rooms carry distinct identities, they remain connected through a cohesive design language of softness, warmth, and thoughtful proportion.

The shared children’s bathroom was designed in a more monochromatic and neutral palette, acting as a visual bridge between the two contrasting bedroom styles while ensuring longevity and everyday functionality.

In the master suite, the atmosphere shifts into a more refined and mature expression. The highlight lies in the spacious bathroom vanity with an oversized mirror and generous countertop bringing a sense of luxury, clarity, and calm to daily rituals.

Because great design is never one size fits all. It is personal, intentional, and made for every member of the family.

The Welcome House | Jeruk Purut, Jakarta Selatan.

A home designed around connection, warmth, and effortless flow.

Located in Benoa Townhouse Jeruk Purut, South Jakarta, The Welcome House is a three storey residence transformed to reflect the lifestyle of its owners, where hospitality, gathering, and everyday living come together beautifully.

The ground floor is dedicated to service functions, including the carport, garage, storage, helper’s room, and support kitchen. Above it, the second floor becomes the true heart of the home.

Designed as one continuous open plan space, the main living level brings together the pantry, dining, living, and reading areas in a seamless spatial experience from front to back.

Upon entry, a grand mirrored foyer creates an elegant first impression while amplifying light and depth. Beyond it, the sculptural pantry island takes center stage. More than a kitchen feature, it was created as a social anchor welcoming friends, hosting conversations, and setting the tone for gatherings.

From the pantry, the space flows naturally toward the living area and rear pool view, while a quieter reading corner sits at the front of the house. This openness allows the home to feel intimate for daily life, yet generous enough for entertaining.

Concealed doors integrated within the wall panels keep access to the powder room and service areas visually hidden, maintaining a clean and uninterrupted interior language.

The result is a home that feels elevated yet inviting, where modern luxury is expressed not through excess, but through how beautifully the space lives.

Amankara Canggu | Bali

A natural evolution from the success of Amandaya, Amankara Canggu emerges as a refined expansion where demand shaped vision, and vision became destination. Set on a 21 x 16 meter plot, this 5 storey boutique hotel houses 20 thoughtfully designed rooms, anchored by a warm, communal ground floor where poolside leisure meets an intimate breakfast and gathering space.

The architectural language balances modern clarity with the soul of Bali. The facade is articulated through a composition of textured travertine surfaces and terracotta toned roster blocks, creating a rhythmic play of light, shadow, and ventilation. These porous elements not only define identity but also soften the tropical sun, allowing the building to breathe naturally. Solid volumes are grounded by handcrafted wooden doors framed in natural stone establishing a tactile, welcoming threshold that feels both curated and rooted.

A distinctive burnt orange palette wraps the lower mass, echoing the warmth of Balinese earth tones while seamlessly blending with lush tropical planting. This dialogue between architecture and landscape creates a layered sensory experience where greenery spills, textures age gracefully, and the atmosphere feels alive yet composed.

Inside, the spatial experience is intentionally relaxed yet elevated. The ground floor becomes the heart; an open, semi outdoor living environment where guests transition effortlessly between lounging, dining, and the pool. Natural materials, warm lighting, and curated details create a setting that feels less like a hotel, and more like a private sanctuary shared among a select few.

Amankara is not merely an extension, it is a statement of consistency, growth, and a deeper understanding of what modern tropical hospitality should feel like: personal, grounded, and quietly luxurious

Layar Permai P*K House — Jakarta

Set on a 14 × 15 meter site formed by merging two adjacent plots, this residence is conceived as a contemporary family home that balances openness, spatial clarity, and layered architectural expression.

The design is organized into three levels, with the ground floor defined by a double height living space that immediately unfolds upon entry. This central volume connects seamlessly with the dining area and pantry, creating a fluid open plan environment for daily living and entertaining. Service areas including staff quarters and laundry are positioned separately to maintain spatial order and privacy, while the carport accommodates two vehicles.

The second floor houses two children’s bedrooms and a master suite, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and independence for every family member.

At the uppermost level, the house transitions into a more relaxed setting an open communal space complemented by an outdoor balcony, designed as a place to gather, unwind, and extend daily life beyond the interior.

Architecturally, the house is expressed through a composition of stacked and shifted volumes, creating depth, shadow, and a dynamic facade. The material palette combines dark textured finishes with travertine stone, balancing solidity and warmth while reinforcing a refined, modern identity.

This project reflects our approach to designing private homes where spatial experience, proportion, and materiality come together to create a residence that feels both composed and effortless.

If you are planning a home with clarity, character, and elevated living experience, we would be pleased to design it with you.

Sepa House | Permata Buana, Jakarta

Designed on an 8 × 18 meter urban plot along Pulau Sepa Street, Sepa House explores a composed approach to modern residential living within a compact site. The project translates spatial efficiency into a calm, well structured private home through vertical organization and precise architectural detailing.

Home to a single mother and her two adult daughters, the program required generous spatial capacity without compromising comfort or clarity. The solution was a three storey configuration, clearly separating service, communal, and private zones while maintaining seamless daily circulation.

The ground floor accommodates a carport for two cars, a private garage, service areas, storage, kitchen, and an additional bedroom planned for long term accessibility. The main living spaces are elevated to the second floor accessed directly from the carport stair where the living room connects fluidly with the dining and pantry areas.

Voids and pocket gardens are intentionally placed along both sides of the dining and pantry, allowing natural light, cross ventilation, and visual openness to pe*****te all floors from ground to the uppermost level. The third floor houses the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms sharing a common bath.

Architecturally, Sepa House adopts a clean and restrained modern language, enriched by layered materials and refined detailing. Vertical screens articulate the facade while filtering heat and glare, creating rhythmic shadow patterns that evolve throughout the day.

Sepa House reflects our belief that a well designed home is not defined by scale, but by intention crafted to support everyday life today, and to adapt gracefully over time.

If you are planning a private residence with clarity, character, and long term comfort, we would be honored to design it with you.
