Our specialty is termite-resistant A1 rated exterior grade hardwoods Ulin. We supply character-filled lumber as is, or re-mill to create beautiful products (for example tropical wood flooring or pool deck) to add warmth, character history to any home. Our policy is to only source our woods from structures that are genuinely slated for demolition, and that will not be replaced with wood harvested from natural forests. Our mission is reduce pressure on Indonesia's forests by promoting recycled timber as a viable and environmentally-sound alternative.

Kaltimber can store your purchased products for up to 30 days, subject to our storage terms and conditions, with your materials segregated and clearly marked.

When it’s time to move them, delivery requirements are normally discussed at the quotation stage, and for inter-island or international orders, we can recommend shipping companies we work with.

And when your timber arrives on site, we can also recommend reliable installation partners — although Kaltimber does not install flooring or decking.

Not every piece of reclaimed timber needs to become a deck or a floor.

Some pieces are too interesting to overlook — unusual dimensions, weathered surfaces, old marks and colours that can become something entirely different in the right hands.

The marks, variations, old fixing points and changes in colour are evidence that the wood has already been somewhere — and that its story doesn't end there.
