ARCHITECT / PROJECT SUPERVISOR – BALI

We are looking for an Architect / Project Supervisor to join our growing team in Bali in the area of Pererenan, Seseh, Kedungu.
We are developing small resorts, and are looking for someone who can help us bridge the gap between design and ex*****on.
This is not a pure design role. We are looking for someone who understands architecture, can supervise on site, and can help coordinate projects from planning through completion. From AutoCad, Sketchup and material selection.
What you will do
* Visit project sites regularly 3-4 times per week ( 4 hours per visit) and help monitor progress
* Coordinate with the contractor on site
* Review drawings and identify potential issues and being able to resolve them
* Assist with planning, quality control and project coordination
* Support the team with AutoCAD drawings when required
* Create or update SketchUp models when needed
* Help with design decisions, materials, finishes and overall project aesthetics
* Attend project meetings and provide clear updates and progress reporting.
* Work closely with the management and construction teams
Who we are looking for
* Background in Architecture
* Experience working on residential or hospitality projects
* Comfortable using AutoCAD, SketchUp and other tools
* Professional understanding of construction and building processes
* Able to communicate comfortably in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
* Proactive, practical and solution-oriented
* Enjoys working as part of a team
* Willing to spend time both on site and in the office
Required
* Based in Bali, max 30min from Pererenan, Kedungu
* Experience with villa projects
* Educated at a reputable university in Indonesia
