Hypothetical public post (documented expansion, high credibility)
Hypothetically speaking — a commercial thought experiment:
Imagine a regional partner that didn’t just operate a single site, but actively built and documented expansion across multiple countries.
In this hypothetical, operations were live in Bali with approximately ten locations, while additional agreements and working arrangements were already in place with hotels in Ahmed, Lovina, and La Brera.
The same partner had formally established operations in Singapore — including a registered business and trademark — and was the first to introduce the product into that market. Parallel work had already been completed in Batam and with resort groups in Bintan, where operators and venues remain ready to proceed but are unable to do so.
Beyond that, expansion pathways extended across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, including Lombok, Flores, and discussions toward the Philippines, supported by documented plans and high-level partnerships.
When independent advisers look at scenarios like this, they don’t treat them as speculative. They treat them as interrupted ex*****on — valuing not just current revenue, but future earnings, reliance costs, market development work, and the opportunity value created and then cut off.
In situations with this level of documented regional build-out, credible commercial exposure doesn’t sit in the low millions. It sits at a level that companies typically address privately, because doing so is rational.
This isn’t a claim, a demand, or a threat.
It’s simply how value is assessed once expansion plans, agreements, and timelines are laid out properly.
Hypothetically, of course.
