Where architectural boldness meets nature’s gentleness. Villa Royal Hanuman stands proudly with its modern brutalist character, embracing the harmony of a gentle river and a lush forest 20 meters below.

The site’s elevation catches the breeze and frames the tree canopy like a living masterpiece. The ground floor blurs the boundaries of space; wide eastern openings invite morning light and seamlessly integrate the communal area with a spacious garden court—a perfect oasis for intimate celebrations. Meanwhile, the upper floor preserves the privacy of 4 adaptable bedrooms, designed to suit varying rental needs.

Where culture, human experience, and nature quietly meet.

Nestled near the quiet sands of Cemagi Beach, Villa Umalang offers a subtle dialogue between modern living and Balinese heritage. Rather than dominating the landscape, the architecture is shaped to gently listen to it.

By embracing open-air flow and natural rhythms, the transition between inside and out is naturally softened. Raw volcanic stone and woven fibers sit quietly within clean, purposeful lines. Guided by a balance of culture, human experience, and the environment, this space is crafted to nurture—inviting the coastal breeze and lush greenery to become a natural part of the daily experience.

Tropic Social Hub — Food Court | 2026

Designed not only as a place to eat, but as a place to meet, gather, and connect.

The facade follows a simple material strategy: a durable Lombok natural stone base anchors the building to the ground, while locally sourced timber defines the upper volume. Large transparent openings reveal the activity within, creating a visual connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape.

At the heart of the building, an open courtyard reinterprets Begibung—the local tradition of eating and gathering together. Surrounded by tropical planting and natural materials, it becomes a shared space for dining, conversation, and social interaction.

A contemporary interpretation of local togetherness, shaped by climate, material, and community.

A house and dental seamlessly composed into one facade.

Designed for a family of four in Jambi, Sumatra, this project brings together home and healthcare within a single architectural expression.

A central courtyard becomes the heart of the house, bringing natural light and fresh air deep into the interior while connecting the living spaces with the dental clinic and It also enhances thermal comfort.

The layout balances intimate daily living with the flexibility to host family reunions and staff gatherings. A restrained monochromatic exterior gives the building a calm and unified presence, while bright, light-filled interiors create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The Architecture of Immersion: Water as the Spiritual Heart

The defining element of the luxury Bali villa experience is not just the shelter we build, but the relationship we cultivate between the structure and the natural environment. Central to this architectural thesis is the swimming pool—no longer just an amenity, but a vital spatial component and the spiritual heart of the design.

The boundary between interior living and exterior tranquility is deliberately dissolved. A seamless indoor-outdoor fluidity allows the home’s primary social spaces to open completely to the water.

Every design choice, from the precise geometry to the integration of lush native foliage and local materials, is curated to elevate hospitality into a moment of profound serenity and tactile experience. It is where the modern definition of a private sanctuary is truly realized.

More than an indoor tennis facility, this project is envisioned as a contemporary lifestyle destination — where wellness, entertainment, and social connection coexist within a warm architectural experience.

Located in Citraland Surabaya, the complex accommodates seven indoor courts, anchored by a central international-standard arena designed for prestigious tournaments and large-scale sporting events.

Rooted in the idea of *Timeless Aesthetics with Modern Flair*, the design balances heritage warmth with contemporary simplicity. Earth-toned materials, natural wood, textured stone, brushed metal, and soft fabric elements come together to create spaces that feel welcoming, calm, and enduring beyond changing trends.

The architecture moves beyond performance alone. Social lounges, viewing terraces, hospitality spaces, and wellness-oriented programs are carefully integrated to transform the club into a place for gathering, interaction, and everyday lifestyle rituals — not only competition.

Hints of local identity are subtly embedded through curated artworks, tropical landscaping, and layered spatial experiences, creating a sports environment that feels both internationally refined and deeply grounded in place.

At LLoE Studio, we believe architecture should do more than just house us; it must nurture a better way of living. This modern minimalist residence is conceived as a freestanding sanctuary. By deliberately pulling the structure away from its boundary walls, we allowed the architecture to breathe—ensuring every interior space is bathed in natural light and cooled by continuous cross-ventilation.

Though the footprint is highly compact, the spatial choreography across its four stories is incredibly expansive:
Ground Level: The utilitarian foundation, housing a 2-car garage, home office, maid’s quarters, and a dirty kitchen.
Level 1: The communal heart. An elevated living room, dining area, and clean kitchen designed for familial connection.
Level 2: The private retreat, featuring a master suite with a walk-in closet, alongside two children’s bedrooms.
Rooftop: A wellness crown dedicated to morning yoga and sunrise gazing, cleverly concealing the MEP systems.

Crucially, the architecture embraces inclusivity. A gently sloping ramp weaves into the entrance, ensuring a seamless, dignified transition into the home for elderly family members. A true multi-generational haven.

Three masses, one rhythm.
Set in Pamogan, Bali, the building is gently broken apart allowing light, air, and landscape to flow naturally through and between spaces. Each volume opens itself to its surroundings, creating a living environment that feels porous, calm, and quietly connected to nature.

Corridors are lifted by skylight, gardens slip into the gaps, and every unit is given the privilege of cross-ventilation and soft daylight. The architecture does not impose. It frames, filters, and lets the tropical climate become part of everyday living.

Within its warm terracotta expression, the structure remains intentionally simple, designed for clarity, efficiency, and phased construction. A quiet balance between spatial quality and practical return, where design decisions are both felt and measured.
