7 years ago, I could only dream about going back to Sydney one day to speak to leaders about neuroscience and leadership. 🧠🇦🇺

In about 20 hours, I’ll be back in this incredible city for the MDRT Global Conference, sharing a topic that has become very close to my heart: looking at humans through the lens of neuroscience.

I find it fascinating how much understanding the brain can add to the way we lead, connect with the people around us and our clients, and ultimately, how we grow and change.

Sydney was part of my first big journey Down Under seven years ago, and it became one of the most memorable trips of my life.

Coming back seven years later in this way feels quite special. ❤️
Grateful for the journey, excited for the days ahead and most of all, I can’t wait to see so many friends from around the world again!

18 hours in the air ✈️
Istanbul → Cancun, with a only technical stop in Mexico City.
Two weeks ago, I didn’t even have a flight ticket.
Now I’m casually crossing continents. Life, huh? 😄
10 days in paradise. Including a 7-day Dr Joe Dispenza Retreat. Here’s the inconvenient truth:
the same life will always push the same emotional buttons.
(And it’s very good at finding them.)
Same environment → same thoughts.
Same thoughts → same feelings.
Same feelings → same self.

That self feels like safety —
even when it’s a fake one wearing a very convincing outfit.
New inner state loading…
because when that changes, everything else follows ✨✈️🌴

2026 — I am ready.

As we close a year, it’s important to look back — not to judge ourselves, but to self-reflect.
Reflection is not self-judgment.
It’s asking: What was good? What did I learn?
And most importantly: Was it loving toward me? Was it truly what I wanted?

2025, I am grateful for it all — the light and the difficult moments alike.
For every lesson, every teaching, every inner shift.

Neuroscience.
An afternoon in Thailand.
South Pointe Park.
Mango.
An audience of 8,000.
Purification.
Destroy and build.
Two wheels.
The 5th.
Breath in, breath out.
Pongó Pongó.
Bali swing.

Each moment shaped me.

2026, I am ready.
Ready for new experiences.
Ready to meet them as a new version of myself —
open, grounded, conscious.
