Njemačko-hrvatska industrijska i trgovinska komora dio je svjetske mreže u kojoj se nalazi 150 vanjskotrgovinskih komora i delegacija njemačkog gospodarstva u 93 zemlje. Pod pokroviteljstvom Saveznog ministarstva gospodarstva i energije (BMWE) Njemačko-hrvatska industrijska i trgovinska komora djeluje kao službeno predstavništvo njemačkog gospodarstva u Hrvatskoj i organizacija za članove, te nudi široku paletu zanimljivih usluga. Povezujući 350 članova Komora predstavlja najveću bilateralnu gospodarsku instituciju u Hrvatskoj, te kao iskusan i kompetentan partner prati hrvatska i njemačka poduzeća pri sklapanju poslovnih kontakata, ulasku na tržište i upoznavanju okvirnih uvjeta poslovanja na tržištu. Die Deutsch-Kroatische Industrie- und Handelskammer (AHK Kroatien) ist Teil des weltumspannenden Netzes von 150 Auslandshandelskammern und Delegationen der deutschen Wirtschaft in 93 Ländern und wird vom Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWE) gefördert. Die AHK Kroatien ist die offizielle Vertretung der Deutschen Wirtschaft in Kroatien, Mitgliederorganisation und Dienstleister für Unternehmen. For 25 years, Kaufland Hrvatska has been growing together with the communities it serves.

Kaufland's application for the German-Croatian Business Award 2026 highlights long-term development with initiatives focused on employees, local partners and social responsibility.

Since opening its first store in Karlovac in 2001, Kaufland Croatia has grown to 53 stores and 3,700 employees. Today, it works with more than 80 local suppliers, while over 70% of the fruit and vegetables offered annually are sourced locally on average.

The application also highlights two employee-driven initiatives from 2025: volunteering activities supporting local fire departments and community infrastructure, as well as employee blood donation drives that have resulted in more than 200 successful blood donations over the past six years.

Some projects begin with a business idea. Others begin with the wish to create a moment people will remember.

For Auto Hrvatska, that idea became Santa’s Truck – a long-running socially responsible initiative that has grown from an internal family event into a nationwide Christmas tour.

In 2025 alone, Santa’s Truck spent 19 days on the road, travelled 2,700 km, visited 16 cities and welcomed around 23,000 visitors through free performances for children and families.

Empathy is often spoken about as a value. Beiersdorf Croatia decided to turn it into a programe.

With the Little School of Empathy, submitted for the German-Croatian Business Award 2026, Beiersdorf has translated its global NIVEA CONNECT initiative into a locally developed educational model created together with Croatian experts, schools and communities.

In its first year, the programe trained 12 mentors, established six Empathy Rooms and delivered 46 workshops for 464 children, with a focus on emotional literacy, resilience, inclusion and stronger social connections.

What makes the initiative especially meaningful is its long-term ambition: to build a sustainable model that can grow beyond individual workshops and become part of a broader educational framework.

What does financial literacy look like when it actually reaches people?

For Erste banka, the answer is the School of Smart Finance – a national programe that has been helping people across Croatia build practical financial skills since 2019.

More than 1,000 workshops have already been held, reaching around 18,400 participants – from elementary and secondary school students to university students and adults. The focus is simple and practical: budgeting, saving, responsible borrowing, financial planning and making better everyday decisions.

We are pleased to present the successful collaboration between our member Comsysto Reply and AUDI AG on the development of Audi’s Used Car Platform – a project that has also been shaped from Zagreb for many years.

Od 2026. godine više neće biti presudna veličina tvrtke, već količina energije koju troši.

Nova regulatorna pravila tako obvezu energetskog pregleda proširuju i na dio malih i srednjih tvrtki, posebno onih s većom potrošnjom energije u proizvodnji, grijanju, logistici, korištenju goriva ili poslovanju na više lokacija.

Naš član E.ON Hrvatska donosi pregled najvažnijih promjena i objašnjava kako energetski pregled, osim ispunjavanja regulatornih zahtjeva, može poslužiti i kao konkretan alat za prepoznavanje potencijala za uštede i povećanje energetske učinkovitosti.
