When we talk about having a skill, we often use a positive adjective + ‘at’.

e.g. ‘I’m pretty good at playing the piano.’

Equally, if we don’t have a skill, we can use a negative adjective + ‘at’.

e.g. ‘I’m terrible at bowling.’
