The secret is finally out! 🤫 After years of working on this site, I am so incredibly excited to share a project that has been a long time in the making.

We are developing a stunning 7-acre parcel of land, and the best part? It’s completely exclusive, with water-only access for a truly unique, hidden-gem experience. 🚤🌊

I’ve been pouring my heart into designing the perfect tropical contemporary spaces that blend right into this beautiful landscape. I am so looking forward to sharing this journey and showing you more of what we've been building! 😀

Thrilled to finally share the architectural concepts for this new mixed-use development coming to Lawson Rock, Roatán! 🌴📐

Designing on a sloped site with strict setbacks is always a fun puzzle. To maximize the lot's potential without overwhelming the street view, we utilized a "stepped" design. The lower levels serve as premium commercial space, while the upper floor steps back into the hillside to create a private, custom residence complete with a massive terrace and unobstructed ocean views. 🌊✨

For the aesthetic, we leaned heavily into a tropical contemporary vibe—clean white masonry and expansive glass panels to let the island light in, balanced with warm natural wood accents and a classic metal roof. It’s all about finding that perfect contrast between modern lines and organic textures.

Swipe to see the 3D renders, floor plans, and how we integrated the building into the topography. 👉

Here is our latest take on the modern container home! 🌴

Built using four stacked containers, this design transforms modular units into a beautiful, spacious dwelling perfectly suited for island living here on Roatán.
A crucial detail for our tropical climate: we fully veneer the exterior of the containers. This isn't just about achieving a clean, Tropical Contemporary aesthetic—it's a highly functional and necessary choice to block out radiant heat and keep the interior cool and breathable.

When designed with the environment in mind, containers offer a fantastic, highly efficient housing solution for our clients.

If you ask me what part of an architect’s life really makes my heart race, it’s property development. I have a genuine passion for seeing a vision become reality. 🌍

Lately, I've been sharing a lot of my projects with you, and this is a detailed look at the Northshore Development. I’ve been on this creative path for a long time—studying since 2005 and practicing since 2010. It has been a fun journey, full of twists and turns, with all the ups and downs.

The incredible thing is, I only get more passionate about it every single day. My absolute favorite moment? That’s when I see my clients happy with their final outcome. Making dreams tangible is what I live for.

Here’s to many more site plans and happy clients!

Utila project finished ✅ Now on to Roatan!

Staying up late, I was able to put the finishing touches on this proposal for our clients in Roatan Island.

Introducing Building 1—the first piece of what will be a multi-building apartment complex. The goal was to stack simple, clean modules while letting the environment remain the star. 🌿 Who is ready for a balcony view? 🙋‍♂️✨

A first look at our latest project for our client on the beautiful island of Utila , in Honduras. We embraced simplicity and clean lines to create a perfect example of tropical contemporary architecture. The design focuses on key natural materials: crisp white shiplap siding paired with rich, clear-sealed pine wood.

From the wide porches and cross-braced railings to that essential outdoor balcony fan, every detail is designed for seamless, breezy island living. We’re loving how this project is coming together. ✨
