Another successful planning permission from the team.

Planning permission has been granted for this refurbishment and extension of an existing house in Dún Laoghaire.

The rendered visuals show the full refurbishment that will be carried out on the original home. A demolition of the rear ancillary extensions will be done to make way for the larger two storey extension.
The ground floor extension will allow for a large family room conthe dining and expansive kitchen space.

From our Hong Kong studio to the edges of a relaxing space in Phuket, Thailand.

This project is a study in sensory recovery. Designed for a new health and wellbeing facility, with a focus on contrast therapy.

Rather than competing with the town’s rhythm, we’ve created a sanctuary that opens entirely to the lake. The design focuses on raw materiality and the precise calibration of light and temperature.

The Yoga Space: Shown in the image, at the heart of the development.

Contrast Therapy: Sauna and ice bath areas, both private and group areas.

Pools, for relaxing in the sun after a gym session or pilates class.

For those looking to develop a wellness destination that feels grounded and authentic, we offer a refined architectural perspective from the heart of Asia.
