金門以健康與安全爲首！

金門建築與香港大學公共衛生學院 HKU Public Health 再次攜手合作，最近於東涌地盤順利開展了第二場【築建無煙 Quit NOW!】健康促進與戒煙計劃講座及現場健康檢查及諮詢服務。

當天共有 55 位同事及工友踴躍參與，由我們的地盤護士與 10 位港大團隊成員攜手，為大家進行包括血壓、血氧及一氧化碳暴露量等全面的健康篩查。活動取得了非常顯著且即時的成效，多位同事當場採取實際行動，報名參加後續的量身訂製戒煙與干預計劃，正式開啟他們的無煙健康生活之旅。

衷心感謝香港大學團隊以及我們內部各個團隊的大力支持，讓是次健康推廣活動圓滿成功。我們期待未來能將這項充滿意義的健康項目推廣至更多金門地盤，惠及更多同事！

Health and safety always come first at Gammon!

Gammon has once again joined hands with the HKU School of Public Health for the “QUIT NOT” smoking cessation, and we have recently hosted a second health promotion event at our Tung Chung site.

55 colleagues and site workers participated in the session, which included comprehensive health screenings, from checks on blood pressure and blood oxygen, to carbon monoxide exposure tests, conducted by our site nurses and 10 HKU team members. The event delivered real, immediate impact, with multiple participants taking active steps toward a healthier lifestyle by enrolling in follow-up tailored cessation and intervention programs to kickstart their smoke-free journeys.

Thank you to the HKU team and our internal teams for making this health initiative a major success. We are excited to continue bringing these vital health programs to more Gammon sites soon!

|| 評估、行動、管理、支援：共創健康工作環境 || 🌡️📋

為了持續實踐 ，金門近日舉辦了 Health Stand Down 2026，這項全公司參與的活動，旨在推動同事及工友們對身心健康的關注與重視。

隨著2026年預計成為有記錄以來最炎熱的年份之一，今年的活動特別聚焦於容易被忽視的暑熱所帶來的壓力和風險，包括瀝青及鋼筋等工地物料所產生的局部高溫等特定危害。同時，我們亦分享了實用建議，例如保持充足補水、合理安排工作與休息時間，以及及早識別熱衰竭徵狀，協助團隊在工地安全工作。

透過在香港及新加坡舉行的70場活動，超過11,000名同事及工友一同參與，重新聚焦最重要的事情 —— 健康、安全，以及彼此照應。透過「評估、行動、管理、支援」（Assess, Act, Manage and Support）框架，以及24小時心理健康支援服務，我們持續賦能 主動管理個人健康，並貫徹我們在 《同心同行‧共展抱負》可持續發展策略下，建立安全、健康及具韌性團隊的承諾。

In our continuous pursuit of , Gammon recently held Health Stand Down 2026 — a company-wide initiative focused on the physical and mental well-being of our people.

With 2026 set to be one of the warmest years on record, this year’s sessions spotlighted the often overlooked risks of heat stress, including site-specific hazards such as high temperatures on asphalt and rebar. Practical tips on hydration, work-rest cycles and recognising early symptoms were also shared to help teams stay safe on site.

Across 70 sessions in Hong Kong and Singapore, over 11,000 colleagues and workers paused together to re-focus on what matters most — health, safety and looking out for one another.

Through our Assess, Act, Manage and Support framework and 24-hour mental wellness support, we continue to empower to take ownership of their well-being — in line with our commitment to a safe, healthy and resilient workforce.

近日，金門在可持續發展之路上再創重要里程碑 🌱。我們很榮幸於「香港建造商會第20屆建築環保大獎頒獎典禮」中，憑藉卓越的環境管理及ESG表現獲得業界肯定 🏆。

體現我們致力打造更綠色未來的承諾，金門以承建商身份榮獲環境優異獎（Environmental Merit Award）🌿。同時，洪水橋／厦村新發展區第二期發展－合約三項目更於「ESG可持續發展嘉許計劃2025」中獲頒傑出表現獎（Out-Performer for Benchmark Service）✨。

此外，金門更有14個工程項目獲頒「智慧低碳工地標籤計劃證書」，表揚各項目在推動減碳措施方面的卓越成果 💡。

未來，金門會繼續努力為綠色建築作出貢獻，共同建構更可持續的未來 ♻️。

Recently, reached another significant milestone in our sustainability journey🌱. We are proud to be recognised for our environmental stewardship and ESG excellence at the HKCA 20th Construction Environmental Awards Presentation Ceremony🏆.

Reflecting our commitment to building a greener future, Gammon as a contractor was honoured with the Environmental Merit Award🌿. In addition, the Hung Shui Kiu Contract 3 project was recognised as the Out-Performer for Benchmark Service under the ESG Recognition Scheme 2025✨.

Furthermore, 14 of our projects were awarded the Carbon Smart Construction Site Label, recognising their outstanding achievements in driving carbon reduction initiatives across our operations💡.

✨ EmpowHER2B：Gammon 共融工作模式分享會 ✨

金門很高興支持由 社會創投香港（SVHK） 主辦的 EmpowHER2B 計劃，為重返職場的女性提供交流與支持。

透過一個為期一整日的活動，參加者除了可直接了解到金門的企業文化、獲得履歷撰寫及面試實用建議，更與我們公司多位女同事深入討論在職媽媽的工作和生活模式。同時，其中一位參加者更於我們的法律部進行了一場工作影子體驗，讓參加者深入了解金門的工作日常。

我們將繼續攜手，打造更共融與以人為本 的工作環境。在真誠交流與實際職場體驗中，希望參與者更近距離地感受金門的工作文化，祝願她們將來擁有更多發展的可能！💬

Gammon was pleased to support the EmpowHER2B programme, organised by Social Ventures Hong Kong (SVHK), which aims to empower women returning to the workforce by providing a platform for connection, learning, and support.

The full-day session featured an introduction to Gammon’s corporate culture, practical tips on CV writing and interview preparation, as well as a relaxed and interactive *working moms roundtable* exploring flexible workstyles. One of the participants also took part in a job shadowing experience with our Legal team, gaining first-hand insights into daily work life at Gammon.

We look forward to continuing our collaboration in fostering a more inclusive, supportive, and people-centric workplace. Through open dialogue and real workplace exposure, we hope participants were able to experience Gammon’s culture up close and feel inspired to explore new possibilities for their future careers. 💬

踏入 馬年，我們不僅迎來嶄新開始，也再次感受到新年所承載的文化底蘊、傳統精神與共同價值。

金門於香港、新加坡、深圳及東莞的各個辦公室，同事們齊聚一堂，以不同而富有意義的方式慶祝新年的到來。從象徵力量、勇氣與好運的精彩舞獅表演、爆竹與切燒豬的傳統拜神儀式，祈求祝福與興旺，每一項活動都體現了我們對本地文化的尊重，以及其所凝聚的團結精神。

As we welcome the Year of the Horse, we are reminded that New Year is not only a time of renewal and fresh beginnings, but also a celebration deeply rooted in culture, tradition, and shared values.

Across our offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shenzhen and Dongguan, colleagues came together to mark the new year in meaningful ways. From the vibrant lion dances symbolising strength, courage and good fortune, to the traditional bai sun ceremonies, complete with firecrackers and roasted pig cutting to honour blessings and prosperity, each celebration reflected our respect for the local culture and the spirit of unity it brings.

While the customs may vary from place to place, the wishes we share are the same — for a year filled with success, prosperity and continued progress. As we start the Year of the Horse, we look forward to moving ahead with energy, resilience and momentum, achieving new milestones together.

We would like to thank the Buddhist Ho Nam Kam College Lion Dance Team for their energetic performance, who made the celebration even more memorable.

🏆 中九龍幹線 — 機電工程團隊榮獲 2025 年 NEC 大獎肯定

中九龍幹線 — 大樓及機電工程團隊，由 路政署、Arup–Mott MacDonald 聯營，以及金門建築有限公司組成，於發展局主辦的「優秀NEC團隊表現獎」中，獲頒「卓越夥伴合作獎傑出成就獎」。
此獎項旨在表揚成功實踐 NEC（新工程合約）核心原則的項目團隊，透過創新方式提升合約管理及合作模式，推動工程項目取得卓越成果。

恭喜所有參與團隊成員獲得這份肯定。金門很榮幸能參與這個提升香港交通的重大基建項目，並將繼續以工程卓越推動香港的長遠發展，締造更具前瞻性的價值。

🏆 Central Kowloon Route - BEM Team Recognised at the NEC Awards 2025

We are pleased to share that the Central Kowloon Route (CKR) - Buildings, Electrical and Mechanical Works project team, comprising of the Highways Department, the Arup–Mott MacDonald Joint Venture, and Gammon Construction Limited — has been recognised with the Excellence in Partnering – Distinguished Achievement Award at the Outstanding NEC Team Performance Awards 2025 by the Development Bureau.

This award recognizes project teams that have successfully embraced and applied the core principles of the NEC (New Engineering Contract), making transformative changes in the way contracts are managed and partnerships are formed, leading to outstanding project outcomes. Congratulations to everyone involved on this well‑deserved achievement.
